1. What does MKS CORP. do?
We specialize in manufacturing Flexible PCB, Rigid-flex PCB, Membrane Switch, Silicone Rubber keypad, and Touch Panel, mainly focusing on the fabrication and assembly services of quick turn Flex PCB prototype, small to mass production of FPCB & Rigid-Flex PCB Assembly.

MKS Corp. has been specializing in FPCB, Rigid-Flex PCB, Membrane Switch manufacturing services for over 40 years, serving more than 1,000 customers all over the world. We have our own factory established over 70,000 SQ.FT and we possess the latest professional production equipment to handle the Flex PCB, Membrane Switch, Silicone Rubber Keypad, and Touch Panel manufacturing process. Our customer service helps assist our customers and to help solve any problems they might have with their order. All of your orders will be reviewed by MKS engineers. Our principle is to use our professionals to ensure that you get exactly what you expect.
3. What standards and certifications does MKS follow?
We have been certified to the latest version of ISO9001:2015, ISO14001:2015, IATF16949:2016 and UL certification (UL No: 200944) and complied with the RoHs & WEEE requirements for lead free products through SGS test. All of the products will be tested well before being shipped out.
5. What’s your payment terms?
For the new customers in the initial period of cooperation, basically, we use the terms of T/T in advance or COD, for qualified business accounts we use credit payment terms such as net 30 days.
6. How quickly do you respond to a quote request?
During normal business hours, Monday-Friday 8:30 am – 5:30 pm, we normally provide quotes within 24 hours. If the board is complex, we like to send it to our ENG CAM department to verify that we can build the board properly, which adds some time to the process. If you submit your info after hours, one of our sales professionals will provide you with a quote the next business day.
7. What lead times can you offer?
Sample: Within 2 weeks after formal drawing received and confirmed.
Mass Production: Within 4 weeks after sample approved and Order confirmed.
8. What file format do you accept for quoting?
We prefer to receive Gerber files with the RS-274-X format or DWG/DXF files. Please .zip all of your files together (include readme).
9. Where is your target markets?
We mainly exported our products to the global market. Over 75% of our products are shipped to Europe, America, Japan, Singapore, Philippines, and China.. etc.
10. How does a product of return?
Please inform us as quickly as possible in case of any problem that may necessitate a return. We always strive to reach an equitable and non-bureaucratic cooperative solution. Please observe that complaints can be honored only in relation to the actual product as ordered. In cases where the complaint is justified, we will deliver corrected items as soon as possible.
